Dear Who Knew and The Wizard, I was doing the service for free of charge for applicants and still do. The reason for the application fee is because I couldn't afford the Phone bill, postage and paper any longer. Yes most people can do this there self but most people don't know about it or they get confused about it. And yes the site is registered through Provo Utah because that is where the website design builders live. Missouri is where I live as I had to also pay to have the website built, can't really do that all on my own.
